Compassionate Leadership

Leadership has two primary goals: Mission accomplishment and troop welfare. We receive substantial training in mission accomplishment, as we must follow the laws and our policy. We also must follow directives from the administration in order to accomplish our mission. However, little is taught about troop welfare.

This course shows the leader how to take care of subordinates while accomplishing the mission. Troop morale, camaraderie, and respect for the leader are products of a good leader who takes care of the field troops. This three-day course will show you the when, why, and how of compassionate leadership.
